Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before purchasing your ticket and attending the Coliving Conference ("Event"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions between you ("Attendee", "Participant" or "You") and the Coliving Conference organisers ("Organisers", "We" or "Us").
1. Ticket Purchase and Attendance
Tickets: By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you agree to pay the specified ticket price and any applicable taxes or fees. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Agreement or as required by applicable law.
Attendee Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during the ticket purchase process, including your name, contact details, and any other requested information.
For security reasons and in order to allow access to the in-person portion of the Event all Attendees will be provided with an identification badge for the duration of the event.
Age Restriction: The Event is open to attendees aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to attend the Event.
2. Changes to the Event
Program and Schedule: The Organisers reserve the right to modify the Event program, schedule, speakers, and activities at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform attendees of any significant changes via email or through our official channels.
Cancellation: In the event that the Coliving Conference is cancelled, you may be eligible for a refund as determined by the Organisers. However, we shall not be responsible for any other costs or damages incurred by Attendees.
3. Attendee Conduct
Compliance: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Event. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behaviour towards other attendees, staff, or speakers will not be tolerated.
Use of Content: Any content, materials, or information provided during the Event, including presentations, slides, and recordings, are for personal use only. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or share such content without the explicit permission of the Organisers and the respective speakers.
4. Liability and Disclaimers
Release of Liability: By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that the Organisers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings that may occur during the Event.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your attendance at the Event or any violation of this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The organisers make no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided during the Event. All content and materials are provided on an "as is" basis.
5. Privacy
Personal Information: By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Photography and Filming: Please be aware that the Event may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed. By attending, you grant the organisers the right to use any images or recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Event is held. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
7. Networking and Business Opportunities
Connections: The Event provides networking opportunities for attendees to interact with industry professionals, potential business partners, and sponsors. However, the Organisers do not guarantee any specific business outcomes or partnerships resulting from these interactions.
Sponsorship Engagement: Attendees may have the opportunity to engage with event sponsors and exhibitors. Any agreements or transactions between attendees and sponsors/exhibitors are solely the responsibility of the parties involved.
8. Health and Safety:
Compliance with Regulations: Attendees must comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines provided by the Organisers, venue, and local authorities.
Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own well-being and should take necessary precautions to ensure their safety and the safety of others throughout the Event.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Event and its content remain the property of the Organisers or their respective owners.
Unauthorised Use: Attendees shall not use or reproduce any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials associated with the Event without obtaining prior written permission from the Organisers.
10. Behaviour at the event venue
Attendees are obliged to return the goods or equipment made available by the event organiser or third parties in their original condition, insofar as use is made of such goods and equipment.
The Attendee may only make use of the designated event venue(s) and service(s) made available by the Organiser for the purpose of the Event.
Any items of electrical equipment that need to be connected to the venue electricity mains may only be connected to the groups designated by the event organiser.
The Attendee will only be allowed access to the area designated for the event, and will not be allowed to wander around the rest of the building without prior authorisation.
The Attendee may only record, take photos or share images of the interior of the building in the area designated for the event, and may not take photos or videos in the rest of the building's facilities.
Upon request, Attendees are required to cooperate with any security checks with regard to persons, coats, bags and the similar.
As far as catering is concerned, it is the responsibility of the Attendee to inform the event organiser in advance of any allergies or intolerances, in order for our F&B partner to prepare an alternative for those with allergies.
11. Accessibility for People with Disabilities
We commit to providing clear and accurate information about the accessibility of the venues where our event will take place. We will make our best efforts to clearly indicate whether a location is accessible or not for people with disabilities and provide relevant details about facilities and services available for their comfort.
However, since accessibility may vary depending on the location and other factors, we recommend that Attendees with disabilities contact our support team for detailed information on the accessibility of the specific event venue they wish to attend. We will strive to respond to all accessibility-related inquiries promptly.
12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Organisers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Event website or other official communication channels. Attendees are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically and acknowledging any modifications.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Coliving Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
