Willem Jan Landman

As a Sailing Architect Willem Jan (1978) combines two worlds. Bringing teambuilding skills from professional sailing into real estate development. He is an entrepreneur with the ability to create unique concepts and collaborate with the best parties to realise these innovative projects. As architect and business developer he worked over 15 years for several well known architectural offices, like Paul de Ruiter Architects. Here he got influenced with the DNA to create sustainable and circular projects. Together with Michiel Zwart, co-founder and CTO of Circular Floating Districts BV he sets a new standard in floating developments, like new housing typologies with the circular concept of VLOAT®.
