Steve Davis is the CEO of Grantside, leading the business for the last 30 years. Under his leadership Grantside has thrived, executing a wide range of development projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Steve drives Grantside with a vision and passion to create impactful and meaningful spaces are central to Grantside’s mission of fostering meaningful connections within the built environment.

Outside of his professional achievements, Steve is an avid high altitude mountain climber and adventuring. His impressive accomplishments include skiing to the South Pole summiting Mt Everest and recently taking up skydiving amongst others plans which in 2025 will include an attempt to summit K2, continuing to push the boundaries of both his personal and professional pursuits.
