Inge Gründeman

Inge has been working at the Municipality of Amsterdam as Policy Advisor on Housing since 2021. One of the topics she is especially involved in is the coliving policy in the city. And she is also involved in the implementation of the housing purchase protection that that is in place in Amsterdam since April 2022. Her job is to inform and advise the municipal council about the policy for coliving and developments in this area. And she also has a lot of contacts with citizens and organisations about room rental and co-living regulations. This way she wants to contribute to a livable city for all citizens of Amsterdam. Before this she worked for the municipality of Amsterdam in the Social Domain as an advisor and she did research for the Amsterdam Ombudsman, that’s also entailed advising on services provided by the municipality's Housing Department. This experience has given her insight into both the problems and the opportunities that Amsterdam residents citizens face in the housing market in Amsterdam.
