Filip has a background in operational real estate, specialising in concept development, business model optimization and the management of community-driven spaces, from hybrid hospitality to modern coliving complexes. His approach focuses on finding the perfect balance between operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, and exceeding returns to deliver long-term value for property owners.

As the founder of FA Projects - an operational real estate advisory firm, Filip provides hands-on support during the realization and opening of shared-living complexes. He recently co-founded Contrast Living - a modern living platform and management company launching in Q4 2024, with a mission to create flexible and hassle-free urban homes that inspire to live and connect.

His previous experiences include roles in property management (Greystar), concept development (H-Hospitality), valuation and feasibility studies (Horwath HTL) and operations (Ritz-Carlton). This diverse experience gives Filip unique insights into the evolving landscape of shared living.
