Randora currently develops large scale coliving and most unique community living experience in Brno (Czech Republic)
Denisa Dockalova is a CEO of a group of companies working in variety of real estate sectors. She has been in the real estate market for 15 years and over this time she has gained her expertise in numerous real estate segments including operations of residential properties, development, hospitality and facility management and many more.
Together with her team she is taking care of a privately owned real estate portfolio including commercial and residential properties across Czech Republic. The group currently holds and operates, among other properties, approximately 550 built to rent units in Brno, the second largest city in Czech Republic. Most of the units are designated for students and young professionals.
Among the most significant projects the group is currently working on is a major co-living project of 1.000+ units in an emerging and completely newly built city quarter in front of the future main railway station in Brno. The whole project is conceived in a modern, trendy, co-living style to meet the demand for short, medium and long-term housing and accommodation in Brno. The brand new co-living project will be a home for anyone who is interested in being part of a newly built community and wants to experience community-style living. The concept will certainly appeal to students, graduates, young and business professionals, expats, digital nomads, corporate clients, and travellers, among others.
The group has gathered a team of both experienced specialists and talented young professionals to work on this very innovative project and they are all eager to apply the European accommodation trends and living styles in the evolving and expanding Brno market.
Denisa finished her business, hospitality, and Russian studies at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and lately received another degree at Charles University in Czech Republic in geopolitical studies.
