Christophe Vercarre brings a diverse background spanning operations, consulting, and real estate to his role as Co-Founder & CEO at Coloc Housing, a leading coliving provider in Belgium. Prior to founding Coloc Housing, Vercarre worked as a Sustainability Consultant with Futureproofed, advising cities and corporations on implementing carbon emissions reduction strategies. This experience allowed him to develop expertise around urban planning and environmental sustainability. As CEO of Coloc Housing since its founding, Vercarre has overseen impressive growth, with the company now operating 400 coliving rooms across 5 major Belgian cities. Leveraging this operational experience, Vercarre is currently spearheading a €100 million urban revitalization and sustainable Real Estate Investment Fund focused on transforming underutilized heritage buildings into vibrant coliving communities in Belgian city centers. Vercarre's diverse leadership experience and innovative drive are enabling him to pioneer accessible and sustainable urban housing while preserving Belgium's architectural heritage.
