The Class Foundation

The Class Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded in 2011 as a response to the growing student housing crisis in the Netherlands. This regional scope has widened throughout the past decade but the core purpose remained; unveiling innovative solutions to the common challenge of solving the student housing crisis. In promoting this mission, The Class hopes to pave the way to social and economic success for university cities across Europe. Together with their industry-leading community, The Class Foundation sets out to rethink the places where students live, work, and learn. They are focused on uniting public and private stakeholders, such as higher education institutes, student accommodation providers, city and council leaders, and external suppliers to make student housing more affordable, accessible, and available in Europe.
